Senior Demand Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our international marketing team. As a Senior Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our marketing automation effort, creating and executing multichannel marketing campaigns from Pardot and Salesforce databases, to ultimately generate high quality leads. You will have the opportunity to build and implement various marketing automation assets, including emails, landing pages, and forms, while continuously optimizing workflows to enhance marketing efficiency.

  • Manage and optimize our Pardot and Salesforce database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and integrity.

  • Develop, implement, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, consideration, and lead generation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional and Product Marketing teams, and content creators to create compelling marketing campaigns.

  • Build and configure marketing automation assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows, to deliver effective marketing campaigns

  • Manage the media plans and campaigns

  • Proactively monitor, analyse and report campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools to personalize and segment campaigns, delivering targeted messages to specific audience segments.

  • Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and lead generation, and propose innovative ideas to drive business growth.

  • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams to ensure effective use of marketing automation tools.

  • Collaborate with the US and International Commercial Excellence teams to integrate marketing and sales processes and improve lead nurturing and conversion.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot and Salesforce.In-depth understanding of lead management processes and best practices.

  • Experience in creating and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across email, social media and display advertising and other digital channels.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of GDPR requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email and landing page creation is a plus.

  • Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy Relevant certifications in marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist) are preferred.

  • Ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at various levels

  • Demonstrate a ‘can do’ and positive attitude

Work Conditions

Home based with occasional travel to international offices as and when required.
