Senior Manager – EMEA Channel Operations
Hybrid role with regular EMEA travel | Full-time
We’re currently seeking a highly capable Senior Manager – Channel Operations to help shape and drive operational and commercial excellence across the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of supply chain, commercial strategy, and customer experience-working closely with leadership teams to elevate performance and unlock value through distribution partnerships.
About the Role
In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic partner to commercial, product, and marketing teams, helping to align global distribution activities with business goals. You will play a key role in representing the channel in internal and external stakeholder meetings, driving operational improvements, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead channel operations strategy execution across EMEA, with a focus on growth, service excellence, and profitability

Serve as the voice of the customer-leading service performance reviews, identifying improvement areas, and uncovering added-value opportunities
*
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define KPIs, track performance, and support strategic initiatives
*
Drive operational excellence projects that improve efficiency across distribution and supply chain teams
*
Support the development of commercial materials, such as case studies and best-practice documentation
*
Build a culture of continuous improvement, change-readiness, and customer-centricity within the channel team
*
Mentor and lead team members in cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing business operations and sales effectiveness

Your Background
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

5+ years in a senior operational or commercial leadership role
*
Demonstrated experience improving cross-functional processes and leading change
*
Ability to travel across the EMEA region (up to 25%)
*
Experience working remotely and independently across multiple priorities
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Business or relevant discipline
*
Working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies
*
Experience within the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry
