In this role, you will take the lead in executing medium-to-complex CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects while shaping process strategies that drive operational success and innovation. This is your chance to play a vital part in high-impact projects and long-term strategic initiatives within a global organization.In this position you will split your focus approximately 80% on CAPEX project execution and 20% on process strategy work.CAPEX Project ExecutionAct as the User Manager for medium-to-complex CAPEX projects, from initial definition to final handoverDefine and manage projects with high complexity, ensuring effective stakeholder managementFacilitate or co-lead the Technical Development Plan (TDP) process with the Technology ManagerCreate user requirement specifications for investment projectsSupport the business in addressing technical challenges related to equipment design and operationEvaluate project goals and performance of implemented investmentsTrain work center employees before project handovers and ensure smooth transitionsFoster collaboration between work centers, maintenance, and PE (Project execution) teamsProcess Strategy WorkLead or contribute to strategic initiatives within Supply Chain EMAI and beyondParticipate in expansion projects and TDP processes, ensuring cross-departmental alignmentProvide input on new potential opportunities for process developmentFunction as a technology expert, identifying and evaluating future needs and technological advancementsWelcome to the Supply Chain Growth EMA departmentWe lead with a positive attitude to challenges and stakeholdersThe department consists of 10 skilled colleagues, and we are growingStrategic and holistic thinking is essentialCreativity and responsibility are part of our DNAPeople development is central and strong project results are derived from strong collaborationGlobal and local projects are part of the project portfolioTo succeed you must:Hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, supplemented by more than 5 years of experience in technical specialtiesHave at least 5 years of experience within production and/or supply chain management—experience within Novonesis or a similar environment is a plusHave deep understanding of business and production processesHave proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence across departments and functionsHave an established network within and outside Novonesis in relevant technical areas (preferred)Have exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)In this role you’ll make an impact by:At Novonesis, we invest in our people because we know they are the key to our success.
