Hi!At Factorial, we’re on the lookout for a Staff Product Manager to take our Product team to the next level .The RoleWe’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to join Factorial and lead one of our most critical product areas. This senior role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong influence across cross-functional teams. You’ll define the long-term vision, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes that drive growth. You’ll work across product domains to bring insights to teams, collaborate across the product organization, and raise the overall quality of product thinking. We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and owns problems end-to-end.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Staff Product Manager at Factorial, you will:

• Own your product: Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed and scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and clients to deeply understand user needs and market context.
• Drive measurable impact: Own key product metrics, business outcomes, and continuous product improvement.
• Shape strategic direction: Identify opportunities, make data-informed decisions, and influence the broader domain strategy.
• Connect across domains: Actively collaborate within the product organization to bring insights from other areas into your domain and elevate collective thinking.

What We’re Looking ForYou’re likely a great fit if you:

• Have proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (preferably 8+ years with at least 5 years of hands-on ownership of full product lifecycle management).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Are business-driven and obsessed with creating impact. You align product strategy with business goals and user needs.
• Ambitious, driven, and energized by tough challenges—you don’t stop at closed doors, you find a way through.
• Are data-driven, setting hypotheses and success metrics for each product launch. You value measurable results and are comfortable with data analysis and experimentation.
• Have a keen eye for design and user experience. You appreciate the importance of intuitive interfaces and crafting simple solutions to complex problems.
• Possess strong communication skills: You’re confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for your product vision internally and externally. You’re comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and customers.
• Thrive in ambiguity: You’re proactive, identify high-value problems, and develop actionable plans.
• Have GTM (Go-to-Market) experience: Our PMs are very GTM-driven, ensuring product launches are well-coordinated with Marketing and Sales.
• Speak fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German are highly valued).
• Are comfortable with scaling processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and proactively optimizing workflows—even beyond your immediate area of responsibility.

Bonus Points if You:

• Have worked with HR tech or similar domains.
• Have experience working in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant.
• Have proven experience in a product leadership position
• Have a solid technical understanding to bridge the gap between engineering and business

CompensationThe salary range for this position is between 75,000€ ( fix + variables) and 85,000€ (fix + variables).
