“Analyse « automatisée » d’essais presse automobile”

SUJET 1 : Compilation avis leaders d’opinions / experts concernant un véhicule donné

• Agrégation de données techniques disponibles sur le net (Sites internet, Brochures, A2MAC1, etc…)

• > Synthèse dans un format à définir

• Agrégation et synthèse articles journalistes, identifiés comme sérieux (Presse écrite, Articles internet, Articles videos, Consumer Report, etc…)

• > Synthèse au format Contrat Prestations

SUJET 2 (complémentaire) : Formalisation / cadrage des évaluations de synthèse véhicule

• Création scenarios (sous forme de BD ou autre) pour décrire les expériences clients

• > Pour évaluation des prestations par parcours client et non en ligne à ligne de Contrat Prestations

• (En s’inspirant de l’existant (A2MAC 1 (HMI), A2MAC 1 (HMI), A2MAC 1 (QP), Articles de presse, Consumer Report, etc…))

• Création outil – idéalement basé sur logiciel existant (type JIRA, ou Stand RSC) –  pour recueillir les évaluations et « proof-points »

• Acquisition commentaires audio > Synthèse texte

• Acquisition photos / vidéos > Tri, montage simple et rapide
