STAGE Performance Industrielle / Amélioration continue

Rattachée au Directeur de site, dans le cadre de ce stage, vous :

• Participez au démarrage des ateliers et faites évoluer les Animation à Intervalles Court (AIC)
• Pilotez des chantiers d’amélioration continue sur le site
• Diagnostics pour identifier les améliorations
• Optimisation des process
• Co-construction du plan d’action avec les équipes opérationnelles
• Rédigez des procédures avec les responsables d’atelier
• Mode opératoires
• Standards
• Mettez en place des KPI de suivi pertinents

Elève Ingénieur Bac+5 en Gestion de production / Amélioration continue

Maîtrise des principes du Lean Management et de la Supply Chain

Expérience en industrie, dans une équipe de production.

Maîtrise des outils informatiques (G sheet / excel etc)
