Your roleAs a lawyer in our Commercial Contracts & Litigation team, you will assist clients across various industries in developing strategic business structures, navigating critical challenges, and resolving or preventing disputes.You will work on a variety of matters, from advising on contracts to tackling complex cases involving industrial construction and engineering, supply and distribution, joint ventures and production transformation agreements in key sectors such as energy, chemicals, agro-business, pharmaceuticals and retail.To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a starter or junior lawyer.What we offerWhat joining the team offers:

What we expectOur new colleague:

• has a native-level proficiency in Dutch, an excellent command of English, and a solid knowledge of French
• is eager to start the bar internship in fall 2025 or has recently started bar internship and is ready to tackle challenging cases
• holds an excellent academic track record in law from a Belgian university
• demonstrates a strong interest in commercial contracts and business
• possesses a keen eagerness to learn and a willingness to further specialise
• has a detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and drafting skills
• brings a team-player attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• approaches clients with a pragmatic, commercial mindset and a client-focused approach
