Role: Stockroom AssistantCliffs of MoherContract: Fixed term, 20-40 hours per week, working Monday to SundayBenefits: Competitive Hourly rate, 20% Retail discount, training and developmentCliff of Moher Retail are currently looking for a stockroom assistant to join our team at the iconic Cliffs of Moher in Co. Clare. Hours are rostered Monday to Sunday with the availability to work some evenings and weekends.Our stockroom assistants are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. In return we will support you during your time with us.About YouYou’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our company valuesYou will also:· Key responsibility of the stockroom assistant is to get stock to the sale floor.· Manage all stock movements from suppliers and that are transferred between the stores.· Follow through with any discrepancies that arise with stock.· Receipt stock and keep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements.· Process claims where required on faulty goods, late deliveries, and short deliveries.· Investigate claims where required on faulty goods, late deliveries, and short deliveries.· Work with your manager to ensure all paperwork associated with credits are completed and recorded accurately.· Ensuring the stockroom is always kept clear and accessible.· Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to.· Managing SKU accuracy that all stock barcoded match correctly to the system.· Barcoding of stock items when required.About UsOne of Ireland’s favourite visitor experiences, the Cliffs of Moher tower over the rugged west Clare coast.
