Join Our Clients Team as a Store Manager!Are you a sales-driven leader with a passion for customer service? Do you have a knack for inspiring teams and creating a vibrant store atmosphere? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a well-known high street brand in Leeds City Centre!Role: Store Manager
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 OTE
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (must be available weekends)
Location: Leeds City CentreAs the Store Manager, you will:

• Be highly sales-driven and commercially aware, constantly seeking opportunities to boost revenue.

• Lead a customer-focused team to maximise sales, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional service.

• Maintain positive momentum, ensuring smooth operations even in challenging situations.

• Take a hands-on approach, working alongside your team to inspire and motivate.

• Manage stock effectively, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.

• Utilise sales data and insights to drive commercial success and optimise store performance.

• Handle customer complaints efficiently to maintain high service standards.

• Recruit and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and training.

• Ensure a seamless customer experience, keeping customers at the heart of all operations.

• Ensure all policies and procedures are carried out accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain high visual standards.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of management and sales experience in a customer service-driven environment.

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving business performance.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and cultivate talent within your team.

• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.

• Experience in stock management and visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience.

• Excellent IT skills.
