  • Business Strategy & Advisory – Work directly with business owners to define their core value drivers, eliminate inefficiencies, and develop structured execution plans.
  • Facilitate High-Impact Workshops – Lead interactive sessions (in-person & virtual) to enhance business models, streamline operations, and boost revenue strategies.
  • Growth & Performance Optimisation – Help businesses identify hidden opportunities, improve KPIs, and refine their pricing & positioning for long-term success.
  • Accountability & Mentorship – Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring leadership teams stay focused, accountable, and empowered to make strategic decisions.

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business consulting, strategy, or growth advisory (ideally within a digital marketing, SaaS, or high-growth business).
  • Exceptional communicator & listener – You know how to ask the right questions to unlock insights.
  • Workshop facilitation & coaching expertise – Comfortable leading strategic discussions and driving action.
  • Strong analytical mindset – Able to map business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement structured solutions.
  • Commercially curious & results-driven – Always seeking to understand what makes businesses succeed and how to improve them.
