Binance France is seeking a Strategic Operation Officer. In this crucial role, you’ll work collaboratively with the Binance France team and external partners to enhance operational efficiency and corporate governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with Management to align KPI’s, roles and responsibilities to ensure teams are meeting key deliverables
• Supervise and ensure the efficient implementation of corporate governance and related reporting
• Ensure effective implementation of products and target operating models of a regulated entity
• Foster collaboration among internal stakeholders by implementing processes to reduce operational deficiencies
• Handling the outsourcing framework with the group and the external parties (including the external auditors)
• Oversee effective implementation of regulated entity processes, spearheading all operational and structural setups

• Favoriser la collaboration entre les parties prenantes internes en mettant en œuvre des processus pour réduire les déficiences opérationnelles
• Gérer le cadre d’externalisation avec le groupe et les parties externes (y compris les auditeurs externes)
• Superviser la mise en œuvre efficace des processus des entités réglementées, en dirigeant toutes les configurations opérationnelles et structurelles

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Legal or Business.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech or tech
• From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (operations or business)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Public, crypto native and/or Big 4 companies experience would be an asset
• Master en finance, droit ou commerce
• Expérience dans le domaine bancaire, des services financiers, de la fintech ou de la technologie
• De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente (opérations ou affaires)
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
• Une expérience dans des entreprises publiques, crypto natives et/ou Big 4 serait un atout
