Job description

We are currently seeking a Structural Project Manager to join our engineering team in Madrid. Your main missions are:Design Phase:

• Defining technical solutions (studies, system sizing, calculation notes).
• Drafting technical specifications (descriptive reports, specifications documents).
• Supervising graphical deliverables (plans, schematic diagrams).
• Conducting bid consultations and analyzing contractors’ proposals.
• Managing the financial scope of the assigned projects.
• Organizing and leading internal and external technical meetings related to your specialty.

Construction Phase:

• Reviewing and approving execution plans prepared by contractors.
• Monitoring site progress and conducting technical coordination meetings.

With an Engineering degree with a specialization in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering, you have at least 10 years of experience in design and project management for complex building projects.With a strong attention to detail, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor and your ability to work in a team-oriented environment will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities & Industry sectors.Through our 15 locations in France and abroad, our 600 employees are all driven by a common passion: design and build complex and varied projects with commitment and ingenuity, while integrating measures to limit our environmental footprint.
