You will have the opportunity to work on various deals, including securitisation (private and public), asset-backed securities, receivables financing and asset-based lending. This position offers excellent exposure to a broad spectrum of clients, from listed companies to small enterprises and the chance to develop your expertise in structured finance.​Main DutiesKey responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:Advise clients on a wide variety of financing transactions, including securitisation, asset-backed securities, receivables financing and asset-based lendingDraft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreementsConduct legal research and provide practical, commercial advice to clientsCollaborate with partners, senior lawyers and other teams across the firm’s global networkAssist in business development activities and building client relationships​Your ProfileQualified lawyer with 2-6 years PQEExperience gained in a City or strong national/regional firm is preferredExperience in one or more of the following areas: securitisation (private or public), asset-backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lendingStrong academic background and excellent technical skillsCommercially aware with a client-focused approach​For more information about this position, please get in touch with Rebecca Collins.
