Student Assistant, Data and Analytics (Temporary Position)

Are you a “get-things-done” type of person with an interest in Data and Pharma? Do you want to make a difference in a dynamic team environment? If so, this could be the perfect student job for you! We are looking for a hands-on and outcome-oriented student assistant to join our Data and Analytics Department.

 

Your new role

You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams. Your tasks will vary based on needs and may include:

-Supporting Project Portfolio planning to ensure smooth execution and resource management.
-Coordinating with key stakeholders on project resources and planning.
-Ensure team backlogs are up to date and in a healthy state.
-Assisting in managing a support vendor agreement, ensuring good collaboration and work instructions are in place.
 

We expect additional tasks related to planning, execution, and organizing, so you need to have an agile mindset.

 

Your future team

You will join a diverse team that includes Data Engineers, BI Developers, Software Developers, Architects, and Project Managers. We collaborate on cross-functional projects and products, focusing on Data and Analytics platforms, solutions, and driving AI adoption across Lundbeck.

The position is based in Valby, Denmark.

The position is temporary from September 1st to December 31st.

 

What you bring to the team

-Enrolled in a study either in the final year of the bachelor’s degree or master’s program, preferably in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or project management.
-Experience in planning, cross-functional collaboration within an IT organization, agile processes, and JIRA is an advantage but not required.
-A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing tasks.
-Interested in IT, Data and Analytics and Project Management.
-Get things done personality.
-Proactive, curious and a mindset that empowers you to venture beyond your comfort zone.
-Ability to work between 15-20 hours a week on agreed fixed days.
