Becoming part of Warehouse & Outbound, you will contribute to enhancing data-driven decision-making efforts and optimizing processes, all while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and business objectives within warehouse and outbound logistics.Some of your responsibilities as a Student Assistant in our team will be:

• Maintain and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel
• Conducting various analyses to support decision-making and improvement initiatives
• Gathering, assessing, validating and cleaning of data to establish strong foundation for decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to simplify workflows and reduce repetitive tasks by automating processes
• Assisting team with ad hoc tasks and reporting

What will make you successful?A good student assistant is a person who is ambitious and grow with challenges. You have a high energy level and thrive in a fast paced environment. Overall, we expect you to:

• Be enrolled in a master’s degree programme or the last year of bachelor’s degree programme within the fields of Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or similar for at least 1 more year.
• Be enthusiastic about solving complex logistics problems. You are able to work independently under changing conditions and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power Platform and programming languages is an advantage.
• Speak and write Danish fluently.
• Work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
