We are currently seeking a Student Assistant to join our team in the Diabetes & Cardiometabolic Marketing department at the Swedish affiliate of Novo Nordisk.

The Position

We are looking for a talented student with an interest in digital marketing who is keen to gain experience from working in a leading global company in the pharmaceutical industry. The position offers great opportunities for functional and personal development as well as getting experience from a company dedicated to improving patient care in Sweden.

It is a part-time opportunity where you will be working both from office and home, approximately 10-20 hours per week, during normal working hours, with possibility for more during peak periods. The position offers a high level of flexibility such that your work can be planned according to your study schedule.

You will get a chance to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Your main responsibilities will include:

-Assistance in maintaining and updating marketing materials, including brochures, booking letters, campaigns, digital communication and advertising
-Managing material approval in PromoMats
-Support the development and execution of Closed Loop Marketing campaigns (CLM) and Rep-triggered emails (RTEs)
-Acting as a point of contact with ContentHub to optimize the implementation of CLM and RTEs
-Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (Medical, Sales, RMAPA, Customer Excellence and other Marketing functions) to ensure alignment in processes

During your work, you will adhere both to business ethics as well as local law, and with regard to our policies and guidelines.

Our office is located in Malmö, near the Malmö Central Station. Travel time from Lund Central Station takes approximately 15 min. and 40 min. from Copenhagen Central Station.  

Qualifications

We are searching for a creative thinker with a positive and proactive mindset who would like to spread their wings in digital marketing in a global pharmaceutical industry. The person we are looking for:

-Is currently involved in a BA or MA programme in Marketing, Communications, or is pursuing studies in other, similar fields
-Is fluent in both English and Swedish (written and spoken)
-Has strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
-Has strong written and verbal communication skills
-Has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
