As a Student Assistant, you will support our experienced team in delivering a wide range of real estate and construction projects while gaining valuable insight into client advisory and project management.This is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world context, expand your professional network, and develop key skills for your future career in the built environment.

• Support the coordination of project timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and feasibility studies
• Contribute to valuation and technical due diligence analyses
• Help maintain clear documentation and communication across project teams
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Work in an international environment with interdisciplinary teams and different client types

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Solid understanding of construction processes and technical principles
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Danish (minimum C1 level) and comfortable in an international environment
• Motivated, structured, and eager to grow in a dynamic, future-oriented setting
