Job description

The Centre for Advanced Studies in Bioscience Innovation Law (CeBIL) at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, is seeking a student assistant, with specific tasks in relation to the EU project CREATIC – Central European Advanced Therapy and Immunology Centre.The student assistant will help with tasks such as literature search, organizing events, drafting minutes from meetings and transcription of interviews. Furthermore, the student assistant will have a key role in coordinating and editing the quarterly CREATIC ATMP Newsletter.You can read more about the project here:Qualifications

• Keen interest in the field of bioscience innovation law and related areas, and emerging knowledge in those fields
• Experience with similar tasks will be an advantage
• Good ability to communicate in English and Danish
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Aptitude for attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
• Flexibility in the approach to tasks
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and work cooperatively with the team

Wage and employment conditions:
Start as soon as possible.The job is on average 12 hours a week.The employment is made in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Danish Ministry of Taxation and the Organisations of Public Employees – governmental institutions (the OAO-S collective agreement) and under the Professional Agreement for clerical employees, laboratory technicians and IT officers in the state.
The minimum wage is DKK 141,14 (1 april 2025-level). Your salary will be based on seniority.To be considered for the position, you must be enrolled as a student at university level and an active student.Additional information
