Student AssistantsThe positions are based at our friendly office in Roskilde. As a student assistant, you will be joining one of our teams within Risk & Compliance, Legal, or Procurement. You will become a part of one of the teams, assisting in solving their day-to-day operations and development alongside other student workers and more experienced colleagues.We are looking for two different types of candidates studying a higher education:– candidates studying law or business law– candidates studying topics within the economic area and with an analytical mindsetAs a Student Assistant at BEC, you will play an important role in supporting our team with various tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in your field of study while contributing to meaningful work.Primary tasks and responsibilities include:Risk & Compliance:

  • Identify new and/or changed regulations and maintain an overview of applicable legislation
  • Follow up on the implementation status of new and/or changed legislation
  • Answer, manage, and be responsible for our shared mailbox regarding questions about various topics
  • Support risk and control assessments of applications, processes and 3rd parties
  • Support on IT controlling activities
  • Work on structuring and reporting of risk and control data
  • Collaborate with colleagues on various initiatives and projects

Legal:

  • Analyse and extract data from systems for reporting
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues on various initiatives and projects

Procurement:

  • Answer, manage, and be responsible for our shared mailbox regarding questions about various topics
  • Manage the filing and updating process when contracts are signed
  • Assist buyers with various ad hoc tasks, including information gathering and contract management

What we are looking for:Requirements:

  • You must be enrolled in a university program within economics, law, or a related field to be considered
  • You should be productive and thrive on juggling many different tasks without losing oversight
  • You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work
  • You work independently and responsibly
  • You are approachable and service-minded in your interactions with your colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
