Student Employability and Advice Team Leader

We have an exciting role in Solent futures to lead our student employability advisors and careers advisors to support our students in gaining fantastic graduate outcomes.  

We are looking for someone who can motivate the team to make a difference to our students and graduates.  This person will work with academic teams as well as the wider student experience team to fully embed careers into our university curriculum.

The successful candidate will be able to move between projects and support their team to achieve highly on their areas of responsibility.
