About the Job
Ongoing student recruitment growth is essential to UEL’s long-term sustainability. The UK Student Recruitment & Conversion Manager will play a vital role in driving lead generation and conversion across all channels, maximising applications, and acceptances from initial enquiry through to enrolment, by delivering customer-centric engagement plans to create a truly personalised recruitment journey. Leading on the execution of a high-impact touchpoint plan, they will take an innovative approach to conversion at all stages of the student recruitment journey, placing applicant experience at the heart of all activity. The role holder will also oversee innovative projects outside of BAU which focus on longer term process and delivery optimisation. Working as a key member of the UK Recruitment & Conversion team, the postholder will develop, deliver, and evaluate strategies, plans and campaigns to meet student recruitment targets.
This role will be based at our Docklands Campus 2-3 days per week, remote working for the remaining days.
About You

We are looking for a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment/marketing professional, with significant experience in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans. With strong project management skills, you’ll be able to balance competing priorities whilst delivering excellent customer service in a busy, creative environment. The successful candidate will be an expert in student recruitment/marketing, ideally within the higher education sector. A true all-rounder, you will bring your knowledge and experience to advance our planning, execution and evaluation towards an expanding recruitment and engagement calendar, delivering a cycle of continuous improvement.
