Applications are invited for the post of Student Services Centre – Assistant Manager (EMS Development) in the Student & Academic Services (Students Services Centre). The Student Services Centre (SSC) at Royal Holloway is the central hub for student enquiries. It is a vital service that supports the student journey here at the University.  The team deliver a proactive, efficient and customer focused service to current and former students, supporters and internal and external stakeholders.

This is new post that has being created to support the successful deployment of our new Enquiry Management Service within the Student Service Centre. The successful post holder will be joining the service at an exciting phase where they will support the EMS project team in the Testing and Go-live phase of a new CRM. platform. 

We’re want to speak to candidates that have experience of delivering service improvement implementation of new systems and procedures to meet the changing needs of a service and its customers. Experience in both Higher Education and Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial but not essential.
