As our new Student Worker for Commercial Development Coffee Denmark, you will become a key member in the crossfield between the Sales, Commercial Development, and Marketing departments. You will help the Business Team drive positive Brand and Sales development of Nestlé’s coffee brands in Denmark, including Nescafé, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, and Starbucks. This role will offer you a diverse learning experience and many touchpoints internally, covering various topics. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Key Customer acitivites with marketing content, planning, and execution.
  • In-store sampling and Demos management. setting targets and evaluating KPIs.
  • Supporting Commercial Development activities, such as product launches, sales meetings, etc.
  • Conducting and presenting market analyses, e.g., relating to market development and/or launch evaluations.
  • Co-drive the new Starbucks Retail Store Loyalty program with the team.
  • General support to the team with customer events, samplings, presentations, etc.

This role is based at our brand-new Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report to our Commercial Development Manager for Coffee Denmark. We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 173 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink.Our Commercial Development team is a small and dedicated team responsible for driving Nestlé’s coffee business in Denmark, with full P&L responsibility to reach our top and bottom-line targets. We work closely together with Key Account Managers, Marketing teams, and our Field Sales force in developing and executing yearly plans that will make our strong brands succeed in the market.
