We are responsible for the definition and continuous improvement of the Innovation Strategy, Tools and Procedures in Operations Nacelle, for fostering innovation within the organization.You will be participating in the development and anchoring of our innovation process framework.Your responsibilities will include:Developing tools and procedures to support innovationAssisting in anchoring our innovation process within the organizationAligning and maintaining our internal SharePoint siteCreating materials for ideation sessions and innovation topicsSupporting the preparation of ideation sessionsCommunicate Innovation Portfolio progress continuously through our NewsletterWhat you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in a master’s degree in Innovation Management, Technology Management, Business (or similar).To be successful in this role, you need:Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI), preferably at a superuser levelExperience with AI tools, e.g., Microsoft Copilot and OpenAI, would be a plusA structured mindsetAbility to work with large amounts of data and tasks without getting lostStrong communication skills, especially in a multi-cultural environmentEnglish as a working language (Danish and/or Spanish is an advantage, but not a requirement)Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office 1-2 times a week.Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts.
