Join our little, ambitious team of 8, spanning locations in Malaga, Brande, and Aarhus and help us enhance our internal self-service portal. We enjoy working in an agile environment, where we have space to learn from failure, embrace change and we strive for the best possible outcomes.YOUR ROLE
You will contribute to making our digital employee experience for all colleagues in BESTSELLER more seamless and effective. Take ownership of your own tasks and move the overall employee experience onwards.
These tasks will include:

• Reviewing self-service solutions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collecting qualitative data and user feedback to inform future decision-making.
• Analyzing user behavior and defining front-end design guidelines.
• Supporting the implementation of a new and improved self-service portal, with a focus on enhancing usability.
• Assisting in driving ‘Self-Service Master Data’ to create a better AI foundation.

You will be based in Aarhus or Brande, with the option to work from home.
The estimated workload is 10-16 hours weekly.YOUR BENEFITS

We are looking for you, if you:

• Are enrolled in a relevant field of study.
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Have a solid understanding of UX research and design.
