Our international team with office, located in Budapest is currently looking for a new team member.Job DescriptionPartner for our internal customers in Logistics Service Providers (LSP) related topics for intercontinental transports.
Core Activities
► Provide market intelligence: Close monitoring and analysis of transport market, trends and innovations
► Manage logistic requirements in standardized service catalogues and specifications based on customer
requirements.
Provide logistic expertise and support the LSP selection within the tender process in close cooperation with
internal Purchasing.
► Perform rigorous LSP performance management based on reliable KPI, incl. management of service penalties.
► Trigger and follow up systematic service performance improvement activities with the LSP for contracted transport services.
Provide support and escalation support activities in case of severe or systematic deviations as part of a structured escalation management process.
► Collaborate with LSP and internal stakeholders.Qualifications► Transport management know-how: intercontinental transports (sea, air, rail)
