As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the quality aspects of supplier lifecycle management to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high standards. You will lead supplier quality initiatives, conduct root cause investigations, and maintain the Approved Supplier List system while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support departmental objectivesResponsibilities:

• Provide quality assurance leadership in the management and qualifications of suppliers.
• Conduct root cause investigations, manage non-conformance reporting, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Operations, and other departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List system, ensuring supplier files are current.
• Track supplier performance metrics and prepare presentations for management.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably Medical Devices.
• Basic understanding of Medical Device Quality Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with skills in moderately complex data analysis and trending.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills (written and verbal), with experience working across diverse groups.
