An Italian company, part of an international group a leading supplier of OE automotive components in the Asian Market.
Descrizione
Reporting directly to the Purchasing Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Supplier Quality Team in the proper management of the following activities:develop partnerships with current automotive suppliers;develop local suppliers according to the automotive standards and lean production principles;ensure the suppliers quality standard;improve preventive supplier quality assurance;lead supplier audit;take care of the development of product components for series production and new projects;guarantee and develop internal quality standards;manage internal and external claims and identify corrective actions with suppliers;define containment actions in-house;provide monthly supplier quality reportingProfilo del Candidato
Education: The ideal candidate possesses a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent academic background.
Experience: Has previous 3-5 years of experience in leadership positions within the Quality Department of complex manufacturing organizations. Exposure to an international environment, preferably in the automotive market or in die-casting or sintered parts sectors will be a plus.
Personality: The suitable candidate is a goal-oriented- leader with strategic vision.
Language skills: Fluent in both Italian and Englishofferta di lavoro
