An exciting short-term opportunity has arisen for a Supplies Officer to join our client’s team on a 4-week temporary contract in Dublin 4. This pivotal role will support the Assistant Accountant and Financial Controller to ensure on-time delivery of supplies to different departments within a hospital setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience in Inventory control.Location: Dublin 4
Salary: €18-€26 p/h (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities:

• Assist department managers in the procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Raising purchases orders on the system in respect of both stock and non-stock items.
• Ensure accurate recording of all goods inward / service reports including the correct management of all delivery dockets and documentation.
• Delivery of all the goods to the relevant department in a timely fashion.
• Maintenance of the stock master file.
• Arranging the delivery of stock requisitions to wards / departments in a timely fashion.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Manual handling certificate is essential for this role.
• Procurement, inventory management or similar experience.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers, and internal teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
