We are involved in expansion and innovation projects to support the growth needed to serve our current and future patients. In this role, you will be tasked with exploring complex data sets, analyzing the information, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. Your main responsibility will be to drive Supply Chain initiatives by implementing regulatory compliance projects, facilitating IT integration with external partners, and developing new digital solutions.Some of your responsibilities will be to:

• Drive implementation of regulatory compliance projects in supply chain in close collaboration with stakeholders such as our IT organisation & affiliates

• Plan, execute and deliver according to agreed project plans, objectives and milestones
• Ensure best practice and robust Supply Chain solution designs
• Stakeholder management – interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the projects
• Build and maintain a stakeholder network spanning supply chain, IT, production, regulatory affairs, labelling and our colleagues in the countries we interact with.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business IT or similar, will be an advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience with Project Management, preferably within Supply Chain, Master Data or IT.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities, coupled with the skill to communicate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with or understanding of Supply Chain including Serialisation and/or Unique UDI of drug products and devices is not mandatory but will strengthen your candidacy for the position.
