Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. – ŁódźWe are looking for a candidate with:
– At least 2 years of experience in customer facing roles or negotiations
– Additional experience or educational background in procurement /logistics/Supply Chain would be an asset
– Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2)
– Willingness to work with client (via phone/mail) and proactive approach
– Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others
– Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
– SAP knowledge nice to haveYour key activities:
– Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: ensuring delivery of orders on time, Purchase Order management, GR (Goods receipt) issues handling, PR to PO conversion, Standard Parts Stock Transfer – internal part relocations between plants and final assembly lines
– Interact directly with Suppliers and clients for day-to-day work
– Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
– Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the performed processes
– Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
