This is a great opportunity to join a highly recognized global growth company offering competitive compensation and benefits in addition to career growth.The main tasks of the role are:Support supply chain planning functions in achieving their targets on Inventory and Service metrics, by providing analytical insightsDevelop performance reports/dashboards by translating operational needs into reporting – be the intermediate between operational functions and data engineers (who will develop backend data structures to deliver the reports)Contribute to the design of reports for leadership review and performance communication to business partnersGovern the tools and processes related to inventory and serviceContribute to the communication of performance to business partnersPresent findings across the organization (from operational to strategic levels)Analyze and map current processes across Europe to identify gaps in the processes and tools, make proposal to close those gapsWork with stakeholders to reassure processes are aligned and documentedAnalyze main Inventory and Service drivers, identify issues, propose solutions and follow up with functions on resolutionJob requirements:Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Transportation or Analytics related fieldFluent in EnglishAnalytical and reporting skillsUse Microsoft Office, especially Excel confidently (complex formulas, pivoting is a minimum) as well as PowerPointPreferably already have experience in tools like Tableau or PowerBIExperience with SAP (SAP APO, ERP), JDA, Toolsgroup, or other ERPs, Information Systems/Data Warehouses is a plusKnowledge of VBA or any other language is an advantage but not a requirementWork well within a team in a multinational environment, ready to build good relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of organizationData-oriented mindset with high attention to detailHaving a self-developer’s mind set, proactive attitude and willingness to constantly learn is much more important than meeting all the above criteriaStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environmentEcolab’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) reflects our longstanding value of working together to integrate diverse perspectives to challenge ourselves, reach our goals and do what’s right.
