Supply Risk AnalystScope of the position:Group Procurement – Procurement Excellence organization is looking for a highly talented, motivated candidate for designing, developing and producing Supplier/Sourcing analytics in order to identify and proactively manage supply base related risks and KPIs on group level.As part of the team, you will:

• Support collaboration efforts across functions and manage initiatives and projects from ideation to execution.
• Prepare Group and Entities decision making materials to review the Group and Entities risk level exposition to its suppliers.
• Support Sourcing by performing on-demand supplier risk assessments; monitoring different alerts and information regarding the suppliers; providing risk opinion on critical situation.
• Continuously update internal and external tools according to the risk assessments performed.
• Actively participate in the process improvements whenever applicable.
• Report/profile for a supplier or particular engagement.
• Support reporting and analysis of Supplier and Sourcing analytics.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on supplier risk management policies and
• procedures.

Requirements:

• University (MSc/BSc) degree in the field of Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or related fields preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of P2P processes
• 1-3 years’ experience in reporting, dashboarding and data visualization (Power BI is preferred)
• Experience in process improvement and application systems implementation
• Fluent level of English, local language knowledge is preferred (Hungarian)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (VBA and SQL, ability to write complex macros, scripting experience is a great advantage)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM is preferred) and eProcurement solutions (as an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent business writing skills
• Project management skills
