Ahhoz, hogy fel tudd velünk venni a tempót, extra motivációval kell rendelkezned, nem árt, ha könnyen teremtesz kapcsolatot az emberekkel, és sokszor a kreativitásodra támaszkodsz bizonyos helyzetek megoldásánál – ha magadra ismertél, nem fog gondot jelenteni a vásárlóinkkal, éttermi és futár partnereinkkel való ügyintézés.Mik a fókuszpontjaink?

• Ügyfélközpontúság: a Woltnál az ügyfélszolgálaton nem csak a problémák megoldásával foglalkozunk, de igyekszünk emellett szuper élményt nyújtani minden egyes vásárlónak, aki hozzánk fordul. Nagyon fontos a proaktivitás: ha probléma merül fel, akkor előre tájékoztatjuk a vásárlót.
• Csapatszellem: a munka során fontos a csapaton belüli kommunikáció a különböző részlegek, illetve a különböző Wolt országok ügyfélszolgálatai között, hogy segítsük egymás munkáját és tájékoztassuk egymást a nagyobb problémákról.
• Kommunikáció: a kommunikáció első sorban chaten zajlik, közvetlen, barátságos hangnemben. Mindenkit tegezünk és kedvenc emojikkal, GIF-ekkel színesítjük a beszélgetést.
• Az a bizonyos plusz: fontos számunkra, hogy a beszélgetések során vigyél egy kis játékosságot, humort, egy kis személyes pluszt a kommunikációba, ezért a kreativitás alapkövetelmény!

Mi a feladat?A fő feladat a vásárlókkal való kommunikáció: felmerülő kérdések megválaszolása és problémák gyors megoldása. Továbbá a partner éttermekkel való egyeztetés és a futárok munkájának segítése a belsős chat felületünkön keresztül.Mit várunk el tőled?

• Empatikus vagy és minden helyzetben megtalálod a megfelelő hangnemet, mely által jobbá tudod tenni minden egyes vásárlónk napját.
• Gyorsan tanulsz és odafigyelsz az apró részletekre, ugyanakkor egészében is képes vagy átlátni a folyamatokat.
• A multitasking az erősséged így gond nélkül, higgadtan tudod kezelni és megoldani a párhuzamosan folyó ügyeket, kéréseket, illetve megfelelően tudod priorizálni őket.
• Gyorsan felveszed a ritmust és beleveted magad a munkába egy pörgős, fiatalos startup környezetben.
• Folyékonyan kommunikálsz angolul és magyarul írásban és szóban is.

Munkaidő és munkavégzés helyszíneAz ügyfélszolgálat nyitva tartásának ideje: hétfőtől vasárnapig, 0/24 elérhetőek vagyunk. A munkavégzés vegyes shiftekben történik: napközben, este, hétvégén.
