Support IT PMO Intern

Support in KPI Framework:

• Assist in the collection and analysis of KPIs from various IT teams.
• Help in maintaining the KPI framework, ensuring its accuracy and relevancy.

Data Analysis Assistance:

• Support in analyzing KPIs to determine areas of focus and improvement.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations based on KPI findings.

Communication Support:

• Aid in the development and dissemination of communications within the IT teams.
• Assist in ensuring the quality and consistency of external communications.

Workshop Coordination:

• Help in organizing and coordinating ‘Project at Risk’ workshops.
• Take minutes and track the follow-up actions from these sessions.

Project Support:

• Provide administrative and project support to the PMO Lead.
• Assist in various transformation initiatives as directed by the PMO Lead.
