As a Support Services Associate, you’ll play a vital part in supporting and enhancing our manufacturing technology infrastructure. From hands-on troubleshooting and delivering IT equipment, to assisting in the deployment of innovative solutions, your contributions will help ensure continuous, efficient, and safe operations.Responsibilities
-Support implementation of new technology solutions to improve shopfloor reliability and efficiency
-Assist with system/application patching and updates
-Deliver IT hardware to production and warehouse teams
-Troubleshoot and maintain technology systems (e.g. printers, scanners, BMS)
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives
-Document and train users on new tech and system procedures
-Monitor industry trends to support tech-driven innovation
-Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement and process optimizationRequirements
-MBO level with 3 years of experience in information technology within a manufacturing or operations environment, or a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a hands-on mentality.
-Strong understanding of IT applications management and ITIL.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Knowledge of GxP, GDP, Distribution, and Packaging is highly recommended.Other Information
