Apply today!The PositionIn this position, you will play a significant role in reducing downtime on our production equipment by improving the availability of our spare parts and components. Your role as a supporter for maintenance will include, but not be limited to:– Driving improvement and optimization maintenance activities in collaboration with col-leagues and stakeholders.– Driving the creation of new spare parts and changes to existing spare parts.– Ensuring that the quality management system regarding legal requirements within electrical installations functions effectively and complies with applicable guidelines and legislation.– Actively sharing experiences and standardization across all maintenance departments.– Documenting according to compliance and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).So if your passion is working with maintenance in a production area that is at the heart of Novo Nordisk A/S Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API), this is the job for you.QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you:– Are an electrical service engineer (el installatør) and/or marine engineer.– Have experience in maintenance and spare parts management.– Have experience in pharma and GMP.– Are proficient in Danish and English – both verbally and in writing.As a person, you are self-driven, and you have a keen eye for engaging others and cre-ating followers. You are service-minded, positive, and open with a drive to learn. You perform your tasks in a systematic, simple, and efficient way. You enjoy a dynamicworkday with deadlines and find satisfaction in getting things done together with the rest of the organization. You are an excellent communicator, and you find it natural to establish new relationships across teams, departments, and sites. You appear outgoing, maintaining calm and over-view in a busy and changing work environment.The DepartmentThe M2 Maintenance Department is located in Kalundborg and supports several produc-tions within Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API), which is expanding and investing in new factories and production lines. Our focus is on implementing maintenance initiatives together with the production areas. Our success is measured by our ability to implement improvements that reduce downtime and increase production output. We are a team of 12 very dedicated employees and are expanding along with our success.
