Sustainability and Evaluation Lead

knowledge and skills to deliver positive climate and health outcomes for people in Frome and
surrounding parishes.

Edventure Frome CIC, Frome Medical Practice and Frome Town Council are working in
partnership on Green & Healthy Frome, a National Lottery funded programme focusing on the
relationship between health and climate and how this can be brought to life in a community
setting.

As part of this programme, Frome Medical Practice is seeking a Sustainability and
Evaluation Lead to further embed our existing projects and help us achieve our goal of Net
Carbon Zero for Frome. Key responsibilities include evaluating carbon footprint, contributing
to setting energy and waste management targets, evaluating the impact of Healthy Lifestyles
projects, leading on Sustainable QI approach, and working with our practice team to ensure best
practice.

You will ideally have a degree in environmental science or other relevant fields, with
a good understanding of environmental management and excellent monitoring and evaluation
skills. You should also have experience in leading sustainability and evaluation
projects.
