Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)Serve as the subject matter expert for other teams internally in order to help drive continuous improvements and new services implementationsManage the configuration and monitor the health of customers security devices. You will do this by acting as the main escalation point attending clients requests such as service requests, change requests or operational incidents in a timely manner.Follow vendors roadmaps to best leverage the platforms new features, define the upgrade strategies for devices and ensure the proper roll out to customerParticipate in the effort of building and maintaining Standard Operations Procedures to manage security devices or to empower Tier 1 and 2 analystsBuild up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolioPeriodical on-call duties for device management escalationsInternal transversal interactions with various groups (Operational Analysts, Security Device Engineers, Integration Engineers, DevOps Engineers )Empresa internacional de prestigio
Desarrollo, plan de carrera, muy buen equipo tecnicoEl/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Sistemas o similar.
Conocimientos avanzados en administración de sistemas Linux y Windows.
Experiencia en gestión de cloud
Habilidad para resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente.
