What you will be doing
As a System Architect, you will lead the Veeva Vault QMS architecture design and oversee integration development while coordinating with the Quality IT System Architect and other architects within the ART.
Additionally, your responsibilities will be:
-Defining and overseeing the architectural vision and execution hereof
-Driving the Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) execution
-Supporting system performance and optimization in the Vault QMS system
-Communicating and driving the technical product delivery
-Contributing in Agile Release Train (ART) events
-Providing oversight of the technical dimension and foster built-in quality and team and technical agility
We also expect you to stay updated with the latest technology trends and identify opportunities for technical improvements and innovations.
Which competencies to bring
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
-2-3 years of experience with the Veeva Vault Platform, particularly Vault Quality – QMS
-Experience with Vault QualityDocs is an advantage
-Strong integration experience in designing and architecting Vault platforms using REST webservices and different integration platforms, such as MuleSoft
-Experience working in an Agile setup with SAFe Agile is an advantage
-Strong technical background in object-oriented programming, such as Java, is an advantage

Who you will be working with
You will be joining Quality IT – a department with 10 passionate and experienced IT professionals. The team is part of the organisation Digital, Data & IT Staffs (DD&IT Staffs) and you will work in Bagsværd, Denmark.
Via your role as System Architect, you will also be part of the Vault Quality Agile Release Train (ART) which comprises of around 70 engaged team members working in 5 Scrum teams, comprised of both IT and the line of business.
DD&IT Staffs is the IT and digitalisation partner for all Staffs areas in Novo Nordisk, where we are responsible for driving initiatives across Finance, Quality and Global People & Organisation.
In DD&IT Staffs, we are around 175 people, located in Denmark, India, and USA, who come to work to ignite and drive digital chance within the Staff area. In doing so, we aim at achieving an efficient, compliant, and excellent employee experience – every day.
