We are looking for a bright mind to help us move forward in giving best support as an IT Operator who will work in a global environment joining our multicultural team which provides first and second level support to our Business Unit applications.What You Will Do

• Provide 1st level support (monitoring, triage, software deployment, etc.)
• Provide 2nd level support (application troubleshooting)
• Implement automation for specific tasks and processes
• Interact with IT application and Business teams

What You Bring

• Bachelor Degree or Higher Education Certificate in Information Technology or similar
• Advanced OS knowledge (linux and windows)
• Containerized application management (OCP/K8S)
• DevOps practices and tools understanding will be valuable
• Automation experience (Ansible, CI/CD, etc.) will also be positively considered
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including morning to afternoon shifts
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
