We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support a world-class contact center platform that enables voice, email, and web chat communications for millions of users. This is a role on an agile scrum team responsible for building and supporting enterprise-scale communication systems that operate 24×7, processing over 35 million customer interactions annually.This opportunity is ideal for engineers who are curious, innovative, and passionate about improving customer experiences. A team-first mindset, strong technical expertise, and commitment to continuous learning are key traits for success in this position.The Expertise We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a systems engineering role developing, implementing, and maintaining contact center solutions

(Platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect, or similar are a plus) * Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and end-to-end software development and automation

• Understanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture with a focus on high availability and business continuity
• Ability to define, champion, and manage tools, methodologies, and best practices throughout the design process
• Familiarity with Docker, container-based development, and CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and data applications/networking is a plus
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively across all levels of management and personnel
• Proven track record of working independently in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
• Experience supporting 24/7 production systems with continuous availability
