Contract Systems Qualification EngineerA Systems Qualification Engineer is required for a leading global Aerospace company. You will use your experience of the Systems design lifecycle to accomplish full product qualification targets.The job will include:

• Systems qualification engineering.
• Technical support in the short term to work activities identified by the schedule.
• Supporting creation and/or update of Qual Test Procedures.
• Interaction with the Test Equipment teams to allow purchase/creation of missing Kit (might also fall under the purview of the engineer to help facilitate with the HW team).

Experience:

• Degree in Engineering/Technology or similar experience
• General Systems Engineering experience in writing/releasing Plans that describe some level of testing.
• Knowledge of DO160 standard
• Experience in writing Test Procedures.
• Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies
• Experience in aerospace systems verification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirement

• Location of work: Cheltenham
• Rate £75
• Contractors required x1
• Duration: 12 Months
• On-site 3-4 days per week with 1-2 day remote
• Start Date ASAP
