You advise and assist local business units to attract top talent key-positions and ensure their mobility across Sarens Group’s various Business Units.Join the force behind #Nothing too heavy, Nothing too high.We are looking for a driven Talent and Mobility Manager. In this role you combine the areas of Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility. By finding and attracting Global Talent and ensuring that they find their way to the right position at Sarens Group, ensuring that tax-, visa- and social security regulations are covered. You do this in close contact with our local experts, the HR Managers and – Business Partners.Your job as a Talent and Mobility Manager in a nutshell:– Share Global Talent Acquisition strategy and knowledge with our local HR teams;
– Track and maintain a comprehensive database of global talent needs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to share with the C-level leadership team;
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and recruit technical blue- and white collar profiles for various positions around the world, ;
– Host regular check-ins with the (HR and BU) leadership team to discuss external recruitment and/or identify internal ‘Talent To Watch’ to grow into future leadership and/or expert positions;
– Act as subject matter expert in global mobility cases, in close collaboration with our local HR teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;
– Conduct interviews, assess candidates, make recommendations for hiring decisions;
– Build your own Sarens related network and Talent Pool;In this position you will be part of Group HR department and you will report to the CHRO.

Your adaptability and hands-on mentality empower you to dive into the local hiring needs and guide the local HR teams. As a collaborative team player, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills facilitate close collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Your effective coordination, leadership skills and extensive background in Talent Acquisition practices make you the go-to person in the Group for Talent Acquisition advice. Your sense of ownership, and problem-solving abilities are invaluable assets in effectively filling Sarens Group key vacancies now and in the future, ensuring compliance in global mobility. You naturally build your own network and a global Talent Pool to fill urgent vacancies, in case we experience talent gaps in the organization.The profile requirements:
– Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience…
– 5+ years of experience in HR in an international corporation
– Good knowledge of Talent Acquisition practices in an international context
– Finding your way around the Global Mobility landscape, regulations, and difficulties
– Knowledge of English = excellent (oral and written). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
– Willingness to travel (occasionally) if required.
