We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Identification Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top candidates while working closely with our recruitment professionals.In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting international recruitment department in day-to-day tasks.
• Conducting CV screening and initial phone interviews in English with candidates.
• Conducting proactive searches.
• Organizing recruitment meetings.
• Managing the candidate database.
• Publishing and editing job advertisements.

You can be successful in this role, if you:

• Are interested in the HR field.
• Have a very good command of English.
• Have highly developed communication skills.
• Have strong organization skills.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Are available for at least 30 hours per week.
• Are preferably a student of Management, Psychology or Sociology.
• Are eager to learn and take e2e responsibility for projects.
