The TA Lead will lead and coach the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team to deliver the right talent for the right role, providing exceptional candidate experience to all candidates in addition to having their own hiring targets.What you’ll do…Manage, mentor and drive the performance of the EMEA/AMERS recruitment teamConsult with leaders, internal stakeholders and the People team to lead the strategic hiring needs of the EMEA/AMERS regionBuilding out regional and technical knowledge on roles, skills and candidate pools to source the best talent to meet the hiring requirements as they flex and changeWeekly/Monthly business reporting on hiring cadenceRegular liaison with the Global Talent Director to stay ahead of hiring plans and plan team capacity appropriatelyMonitor and always seek to improve the SiteMinder employer brand presence onlineWork with the People team to drive our recruitment diversity and inclusion agenda ensuring engagement with all communitiesContinually improve processes that affect the candidate experienceDeliver your own hiring across sales, customer service and other departments when neededWhat you have…Demonstrated experience leading a TA team remotely and onsite, with demonstrable people management skillsExperience in a successful, high performing in-house recruitment function that has responded to significant business growth and increasing recruitment volumesExperience working across EMEA and AMERS regionsExperience recruiting across GTM sales and onboarding teamsStrong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the capability and energy to drive changeExcellent communication skillsAbility to use data to make informed decision to drive and improve team effectiveness and performanceDemonstrated experience in project management and strong business acumenOur Perks & Benefits…– Equity packages for you to be a part of the SiteMinder journey– Hybrid working model (in-office & from home)– Mental health and well-being initiatives– Generous parental (including secondary) leave policy– Paid birthday, study and volunteering leave every year– Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations– Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involved– Investment in your personal growth offering training for your advancementDoes this job sound like you?
