This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our workforce and contribute to the continued success of a leading global brand.As a Talent Acquisition Manager & Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent across a variety of functions within the Benelux region, mainly in the fields of Marketing, Digital, Account Management, Supply Chain and Finance.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your focus will be on creating a positive candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines for the future.What You’ll Do: * Oversee L’Oréal’s complete Recruitment strategy and processes in the Netherlands.

  • Oversee and optimize our recruitment processes and manage the Recruitment budget.
  • Gather relevant market insights on which you will base L’Oréal Benelux’ recruitment strategy.
  • Determine the hiring needs (together with HR Business Partners and hiring managers) and create corresponding recruitment plans.
  • Build a sourcing strategy that proactively anticipates our strategic needs.
  • Monitor the speed of the various selection rounds to achieve the shortest possible time-to-hire.
  • Coach and train the business on their interviewing/selection skills so that, together, we can identify the best talent.
  • Implement new recruitment tools in collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Consult with the rest of the multidisciplinary HR team on all recruitment issues.

  • Don’t be afraid to reshape our local Young Graduate Program so that students understand that a fantastic career awaits them here.

) * Maintain external contacts with Universities and student associations in the Netherlands and Belgium so that we organize or attend the right events in the right places.

  • Recruit our Management Trainees and monitor their development and their transition to starter positions.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 4-8 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency or a business-related organization, ideally within FMCG and ideally in the Netherlands or Belgium.
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using various platforms and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical, digital savvy, and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • Experience building and managing employer brands, with a focus on online channels.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required. French is a plus.
