You manage a portfolio of positions located in France or Spain and strongly collaborate with hiring managers and leaders located around the globe. As a Talent Acquisition Partner – French or Spanish speaking in People Support Solutions, you will strongly collaborate with hiring managers and senior management in recruitment of Roche’s French or Spanish affiliates, individually managing a portfolio of requisitions and focusing on meeting and exceeding hiring manager’s expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your main responsibilities are:Recruiting and supporting open requisitions by reviewing resumes/applications, screening candidates, processing offers and other recruiting activities as needed in WorkdayManaging expectations of hiring managers and candidates including identifying and resolving issuesCoaching managers in providing feedback to candidates, developing offers, determining competenciesUtilizing, updating and maintaining applicant tracking systemsContributing to the development of recruitment process improvements and projects as neededWho you are:
