Symrise is seeking a talented recruiter to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) Talent Acquisition team as Talent Acquisition Specialist for Spain & EAME. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment for both temporary and permanent positions (all levels and functions), collaborating with stakeholders, and driving employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job description clarification, candidate sourcing, screening, pre-selection, interview coordination, online assessments, hiring manager communication, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Hiring Managers and Local HR Business Partners to understand business needs and deliver a best-in-class Hiring Manager experience.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic recruitment, hiring forecasts, and employer branding initiatives / projects.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Facilitate assessments to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and competencies through various methods.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote equal employment opportunities and support Symrise’s Diversity & Inclusion strategic plan.
  • Global Mobility: Handle international hires and implement international assignment agreements in collaboration with HR Services and Global Mobility.
  • Offer Process: Deliver verbal and written offers, articulating the total rewards and appeal of the organization and role.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support projects related to Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employer Branding, striving to continuously improve Symrise’s Talent Acquisition landscape.

What about you?You hold a high-level degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. With several successful years of experience in sourcing and recruiting at an international level, you have honed your skills in an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house recruiting function within a fast-paced business environment. Your extensive experience encompasses the full life-cycle of recruiting, managing multiple searches, and sourcing passive talent through various innovative techniques.You are proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and other recruiting software. Your background includes strong experience with competency-based interviews, online assessments, and psychometric tests. You possess a general knowledge of HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards, which enhances your recruiting expertise.Your language skills are exemplary, with full professional proficiency in English and Spanish – French being considered as a plus.
