How your new challenge will look likeTaking end-to-end responsibility for recruitment processesEnable and support the growth of the Hungarian 4flow team by developing and executing talent acquisition initiativesScreening, managing administrative and organizational tasks as well as conducting interviewsIdentifying and inspiring potential new 4flowers through actively searching on currently used networksRepresenting 4flow at recruiting events and meeting with new talents to bring them over to 4flowActing as first point of contact to hiring managers and external partiesMonitoring efficiency and introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation, develop innovative concepts and measures for the areas of recruiting and active sourcingSupporting our international team members when neededWhy you belong at 4flowWe feel confident that you will contribute to the growth of our company with your personality, skills, knowledge, and experienceYou have at least 2 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in recruitmentYou have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a related field of study with a focus on human resourcesYour communication skills in English are very good and you are confident with MS Office toolsYou are detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and open mindedYou appreciate an international environment and a motivated team and like to have fun at work.
